This october we stayed for five days at the B & B Il Motto. Prior to our arrival we asked our hosts for some suggestions for things to do. Thanks to their advice we went to
gravedona > small town with beautiful medieval churches
bellagio > excellent shopping!
rifugio mennagio > drive to breglia, take a fine walk up the montains and enjoy the spectacular view (and food & drinks)at the refuge montainhouse(1400 mtr)
morbegno > take the tour along several winecellars and tast the local products; make sure you visit the increadible delicatessenstore of the fratelli ciappioni
San Martino> to be visited around lunchtime! high up the mountain you will enjoy a magnificant view and local products at aa small restaurant; ask Anna for directions!
